New Integrations to Be Showcased at Epicor Insights for Building Supply and Retail 2025 Customer Conference
Epicor, a global leader in industry-specific enterprise software, today announced key features and updates in the latest release of Epicor Propello, the cloud-based retail management solution built for modern retailers. The new capabilities enhance scalability through a wide range of integrations with popular eCommerce, financial, Business Intelligence (BI), workforce management, and automation platforms, while also enabling custom connections through published APIs.
The newest Propello features, along with the broader Epicor retail portfolio, will be showcased at the Epicor Insights for Building Supply and Retail 2025 customer conference, taking place November 19–21 in National Harbor, Maryland.

Many retailers continue to face challenges with data visibility and accuracy in managing omnichannel operations across online and in-store locations. According to a recent IHL Group study, “The Future of Retail: How Technology is Defining Success,” 72% of retailers cited data accuracy as a top concern—with stockout and overstock issues often stemming from limited visibility caused by disconnected systems. Additionally, 54% of respondents highlighted access to accurate, up-to-date inventory information as a major challenge, underscoring the need for stronger integration and analytics.
The new integration and BI features in Propello address these challenges by enhancing data visibility and connectivity through both out-of-the-box and custom integrations with customers’ existing solutions. New integrations include Modern Retail, Epicor Scheduling+, Epicor Financials, Epicor EDI, and Epicor Automation Studio.
Designed for customer-centric retailers, Propello combines cloud-based ERP with integrated BI to improve visibility, transform data into actionable real-time insights, and support secure, scalable omnichannel operations. This allows retailers to grow without losing control or flexibility in today’s dynamic market.
