Epicor, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software, officially announced the general availability of its latest agentic AI capability, Epicor Prism, and its predictive machine learning solution, Epicor Grow AI. The announcement was made during the company’s annual user conference, Epicor Insights 2025, held in Las Vegas.
Purpose-built to accelerate performance across the supply chain industry, Epicor AI now encompasses more than 200 use cases across business functions—helping organizations boost performance, navigate disruptions, and unlock new efficiencies. Epicor Prism is also now available for integration with the Epicor Industry ERP Cloud portfolio, including Epicor Prophet 21 and Epicor Kinetic.

Epicor Prism introduces a natural conversational interface to access ERP data, uncover insights, and automate bulk actions. This feature supports more than 10 critical supply chain processes, ranging from finance and production to customer service and operations.

Through the Epicor Knowledge Agent, employees can instantly access information from the Epicor Learning platform. As a result, the time spent searching for answers can be reduced by up to 50 minutes per query. - Improved Responsiveness
The company was able to reduce delivery time from eight weeks to four. Olympus Group, one of the early adopters, estimated a potential increase in operational efficiency of up to 20%. - Quick Visual Analysis
Epicor AI can interactively process lists, charts, and delivery schedules, reducing communication needs by up to 40%. - Instant Document Access
With the Epicor ECM agent, users can locate contracts or other documents within seconds, saving 5–10 minutes per search.
In addition, Epicor has introduced Grow AI, a predictive AI engine built on the Grow Data Platform that integrates data from ERP, legacy systems, and third parties. With interactive data pipelines and data quality indicators, Grow AI helps companies improve analytical accuracy and enhance their readiness for AI adoption.
One of its standout features, Grow AI Item Advisor, can recommend additional products during the ordering process—directly from the ERP screen—supporting increased sales and enhanced customer experience.
