KANO InsightHub runs on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
All data is stored in Azure regions selected by the customer, with protection through:
We apply strict internal security policies aligned with ISO 27001 and Microsoft Security Best Practices.
Customer data is retained for as long as the subscription or service agreement remains active.
Upon termination or written request, data will be securely deleted or returned within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.
KANO InsightHub may integrate with other Azure or Microsoft services such as:

We do not share data with any non-Microsoft third party without prior customer consent.
