Our Method

Our Methodology for Business Case Development

The process begins with an assessment of the challenges you are currently facing. It then develops both the current business model (as-is) and the desired business model (to-be), along with a transformation roadmap covering the people, process, and technology aspects required to realize your digital vision.

Step 1: Assessment

Through primary and secondary research, this assessment explores your data sets, transactions, and processes to define the current state (as-is) and the desired future state (to-be), as well as to identify potential solutions and priorities for further exploration.

Step 2: Requirements Identification Workshop

Once the team agrees on the preferred option for the future state (to-be), a detailed analysis is conducted to mitigate the financial risks associated with that option and to evaluate the financial feasibility of the plan.

Step 3: Solution Prioritization

This step conducts a technical analysis based on both existing technologies and new technologies required in the architecture. It also takes into account the condition of existing master data. This step further supports the process of prioritizing various solution options.

Step 4: Roadmap Implementation

This step supports the development of an implementation roadmap, including how to establish internal teams, collaborate effectively with vendors and define the areas requiring their support, as well as how to build a realistic and achievable roadmap.

Step 5: Business Case Development

This step focuses on the benefits that each stakeholder and team will gain as a result of the initiative. It also quantifies the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and supports the implementation team in tracking progress over time—both during and after implementation—to measure effectiveness.
